![]() ![]() I do see the iTunes list of the apps on the iPad in the 'Users>Shared>iTunes>Mobile Applications' directory. ![]() I don't see any specific iPad back-up files on the laptop that I am using for the iTunes "automatic" back-up "to this computer". I try to use Time Machine to restore the App from a prior version in iTunes and then sync that to the iPad. So, this is where it gets interesting/frustrating. I have no complaint with their support, they just don't know where back-ups are stored or how to proceed. I had an e-mail exchange with IGG support but when we got into how to restore from a prior automatic back-up on the iPad they were out of their depth. ![]() We have iTunes set to "automatically" back up the iPad "to this computer". The iPad is running 9.3.1, H/W model number MD516LL/A. Fearing yet another Apple HW issue I made the mistake of immediately doing a manual iPad back-up since I didn't know when the last automatic one was and I didn't want to lose anything else on the iPad. The upgrade changed the name of the App to Banktivity 5.0.3.Īfter the upgrade the App no longer loads, comes back with "An error occurred during persistent store migration" and when we hit OK we get the spinning wheel of death, eternally. iBank has actually been wonderful.Ī few days ago we decided to accept the upgrade to the new version of the App. We have been using iBank on a series of iPads to replace Quicken. Let's see if I can explain this clearly without writing a novel.
